1. For the coat, place your doll on the black felt in the upper right corner. Line up the doll so that the shoulders line up with the top of the felt and the left arm of the doll lines up with the right side of the felt.

2. With your scissors, snip a small cut in top of the felt where the end of the right arm ends and on the left side of the doll just below the waist.

3. Remove the doll and cut the rectangle out of the black felt. Align the felt on the back of the doll to determine where to make the arm holes. You can use a hole puncher to make the holes.
